Hiring Process
The earlier you apply, the better chance you have at being part of our team. Email our Summer Camp Director director@campwoodbrooke.org or camp office office@campwoodbrooke.org if you have questions about opportunities in a given year.
The process for becoming a counselor:
1) Please look around our site, expectations, and staff descriptions to ensure Camp Woodbrooke is the right fit for you. We are a small community and it is super important for us to find people who share our values and way of life. Last day to apply is March 31, 2025.
2) If you’re still interested in the joy of camp, fill out our staff application.
3) Once your application is in, the director will set up a time to interview you on line or in a phone call. The interview is about 30-45 minutes.
4) If you are asked to be a part of our team, we will conduct a background check. When everything there fairs well, we will send you a contract sign and return to us.
5) All staff must have community First Aid and CPR, so make sure this is done before camp starts! Please inquire if assistance obtaining these certifications is needed.
