Note: the Teen Session cost includes all fees, transportation, camping, park entrance, and equipment rental, with the exception of bicycle and associated gear in odd years, which must be provided by the camper. Please inquire if you need help securing a bike.

Camp Fee Details
A completed registration and a deposit are required to secure your camper’s spot in a session.
$200 deposit for one-week
$300 deposit for two-weeks
One half of the remaining balance is due on May 1st. Final payment is due on or before arrival at camp.
For campers attending more than one session it is mandatory that the camper be picked up at the end of each session and returned to camp for check-in of the subsequent session. We will carefully consider arrangements to pick up and return the camper for the change-over weekend to minimize COVID risk.
Discounts
Discounts can be applied if you register early, recommend a friend, register for multiple sessions, or register mutiple family members.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations prior to May 1st, all will be refunded except a $75 filing fee.
Cancellations between May 1st and the session start all will be refunded except the deposit ($200 for one-week and $300 two-week sessions).
No refunds will be given once a session begins.
Camp fee payments may be made in one of three ways:
With UltraCamp, our registration portal - see link above. To keep our processing fees to a minimum we request that, if paying through UltraCamp, you select ACH Draft.
With PayPal* on the Camp Woodbrooke website - see link above. You will have to return to the Camp Woodbrooke website after registering at UltraCamp to make a PayPal payment.
With Check*. After registering at UltraCamp, please send a check to: Camp Woodbrooke, 1704 Roberts Ct. Madison, WI 53711
* Once we’ve received your Paypal or check payment, we will apply it to your UltraCamp account.
Financial Assistance
The Camp Woodbrooke Financial Assistance Fund is available to help pay camp fees. Please fill out this Financial Assistance Application after you’ve registered for your session. Please use the coupon code Campership24 to bypass required deposit.
